06 · Cloud & DevOps

Ship every day without holding your breath.

We set up and look after the infrastructure your product runs on: cloud accounts, deployment pipelines, containers, backups and monitoring. Everything is written as code in Terraform, so it's documented and easy to repeat. We also go through your cloud bill and switch off what you're paying for but not using.

What's included

Infrastructure you can understand.

Cloud setup & migration

AWS or Google Cloud accounts set up properly from the start, or workloads moved over from shared hosting and older servers.

CI/CD pipelines

Automated tests and deploys on every merge with GitHub Actions, including preview environments and one-click rollback.

Containers & Kubernetes

Docker images for every service, and Kubernetes when your scale calls for it.

Monitoring & cost control

Logs, metrics and alerts that reach the right person, plus regular reviews of what you spend and why.

What you walk away with

  • Infrastructure as code in Terraform, stored in your repository.
  • A CI/CD pipeline that tests and deploys every change.
  • Dashboards and alerts for uptime, errors and performance.
  • A runbook covering deploys, rollbacks, backups and incidents.

How it runs

How a cloud project runs.

We change things in small steps, and every step can be rolled back.

STEP 01

Audit

We review your current setup, deploy process and cloud bill, and write up what to fix first.

You get: audit report & plan
STEP 02

Plan

We agree on a target setup and a migration plan that avoids downtime.

You get: a target architecture
STEP 03

Build

We write the infrastructure as code, set up the pipelines and move workloads over in stages.

You get: working pipelines
STEP 04

Run

Monitoring, patching and cost reviews every month, or a clean handover to your own team.

Questions

Common questions.

Do you only work with AWS?

No. We work with AWS and Google Cloud, and with Vercel and Cloudflare for front ends. If you're on another provider, ask us.

Can you migrate us without downtime?

In most cases, yes. We move services in stages, run the old and new setups side by side, and switch traffic once everything checks out.

Do we need Kubernetes?

Often not. Plenty of products run well on managed services with far less to maintain. We only recommend Kubernetes when your traffic or team size makes it worth the effort.

Can you look after our infrastructure long term?

Yes. Monthly support covers monitoring, security updates, backups and cost reviews.
